You open your mouth and begin to speak.
You lock eyes with one of the jurors in the back row and see that they are leaning forward, curiosity piqued.
As you look up and down the rows of jurors, you notice that all of them have moved to the edge of their seats.
Raised eyebrows. Twitching fingers.
They’re listening, anxiously awaiting your next word.
You’re feeling more confident than ever.
You’ve already done what you know is the most important first step to winning the best outcome for your client:
You’ve got their attention.
And guess what?
That’s a skill any lawyer can learn.
I can teach you how.
Jurors are distracted, their arms crossed and you can feel your arguments aren’t landing.
You’re anxious and constantly asking yourself, “Have I prepared enough?”
Your client fidgets next to you, constantly handing you notes, or whispering in your ear.
Self-doubt kicks in and instead of focusing on the facts, you’re thinking, “Did I choose the right strategy?” and “Am I doing justice to my client’s story?”
You’re worried you’ll drop the thread.
You’re not advancing your narrative, instead getting sucked into your opponent’s words.
When you choose the right story, and weave the narrative seamlessly throughout the trial, this happens:
You never get sucked into the opponent’s narrative
Jurors don’t just hear your story, they feel it too, smiling and crying along with you
You’re energized, and your vibe is cool and confident as the words flow from your mouth
Jurors are connecting with your words - feeling full empathy for your client
You’re a leader in the courtroom, considered the most credible person in the room
Your words are memorable
TrialStory is a dedicated space where you’ll build and refine your storytelling skills, so that you can grow your confidence in the courtroom and win better outcomes for your clients.

We'll dive deep into your specific circumstances, focusing on your cases, your storytelling approach, and the hurdles you face. Together we'll craft strategies that resonate with your personal style, ensuring what you learn you can apply to your practice.
On my own journey as a trial lawyer, I stumbled upon a revelation that has since become the cornerstone of my approach:
At the core of every legal battle lies a story yearning to be unearthed and shared.
With nearly two decades of courtroom experience and over seventy trials to my name, I've witnessed the transformative power of storytelling. It's more than a skill—it's an art that can sway jurors, shift perspectives, and pave the way to justice.
While this program exists to help you master storytelling techniques; it's about embracing the art and soul that breathes life into legal narratives.
We'll sharpen your storytelling craft, ensuring every word, pause, and gesture weaves into the fabric of your narrative and fosters genuine human connections within the courtroom. The best part, we'll transform any anxiety and doubt into unwavering confidence and command.
Whether you're seeking to breathe new life into your practice or find a community of peers for growth and support, you've found your group.
Let's make every story not just heard, but felt and remembered.
